Community Guidelines

To keep Judgly a safe and productive environment for creative feedback, we enforce the following rules. Content violating these guidelines will be removed and may result in account suspension.

1. Prohibited Content

We do not tolerate:

  • Explicit Content: Pornography, nudity, or sexually explicit material.
  • Violence & Gore: Graphic depictions of violence, self-harm, or cruelty.
  • Hate Speech: Content that attacks, threatens, or insults based on race, religion, gender, sexual orientation, or disability.
  • Illegal Activities: Promotion of illegal acts, substances, or goods.
  • Harassment: Targeted bullying or harassment of individuals.

2. Intellectual Property

Respect the rights of creators. Only upload content that you own or have the explicit right to use. We comply with DMCA takedown requests and will remove infringing content.

3. Voting Integrity

Manipulating votes is strictly prohibited. This includes:

  • Using bots or scripts to automate voting.
  • Creating multiple accounts to inflate vote counts.
  • Buying votes from third-party services.

Our systems automatically detect and flag suspicious voting patterns. Violators will have their polls removed and credits forfeited.

4. Reporting Violations

If you see content that violates these guidelines, please use the Report button found on every poll card. Our moderation team reviews reported content 24/7.
